My Mom has two hearing aids from Northeast Hearing Solutions. We couldn't be happier, not only with the hearing aides but the amazing service provided after the sale of the aides. This office goes above and beyond to assist and most importantly truly cares. Priceless..... Kudos!

Because I was having problems with my hearing aid falling out of my ear often, a longer tubing was installed during the visit. Prescription was also changed to lower the volume. Unfortunately, my issue with louder unwanted surrounding sounds was beyond the capability of these hearing aids. Thanks Nevin — John

Nevin took great care of my son. He checked him out and got him in with an ENT because he knew he needed more care. He ended up needing tubes and Nevin made awesome molds for his ears. He use the ear plugs made especially for him for 2 years! Thanks again for your help in getting us in ASAP with a doctor and the ear plugs. I plan to take my mom to Nevin for her to get hearing aids. Nevin took great care of my father in law and even did a few house calls if he needed something after hours.

My grand-pap was taken care of and had a great experience! Before his visit I would try talking to him and would never get a response from him because he couldn’t hear me. Nevin was great and the hearing aids are awesome!! Not only did it change my 91 year old Mom's life, but it changed ours as well...now we don't have to scream or listen to the TV at volume #50!! I finally convinced my father to schedule with a hearing center. He went to his primary care to have his ear irrigated, which means to have it cleaned out and it was done by the nurse which she perforated his eardrum in the process, causing him significant hearing loss. He did see an ear specialist, they informed him they could do surgery to repair it but my father has been treating cancer the last several years and they chose not to put him through any other procedures. We scheduled an appt with Northeast Hearing Solutions. We got in rather quickly, waiting room is not overcrowded and you did not have to wait very long to go back, maybe just minutes. Marissa who greets you at the front desk is kind, courteous and very personable. Nevin Balliet is the hearing specialist, his knowledge, explanation of the process, and his care and compassion he shows to his patients is exceptional. My father could not hear a word that you spoke, everything had to be written down. I know for my family and myself the frustration to communicate and I can only imagine my father's frustration. So to go from not hearing to being fitted with his hearing aids, what a life changer. The first day he came home with them, he said, wow! I can hear the birds singing, I can hear the dog walking across the floor, etc. My father's resistance on scheduling was him saying, there's probably nothing they can do for me, which he now knows differently. So if you or any family members suffer with hearing loss, know that there is so much they can do to help restore your hearing. I would highly recommend you schedule at Northeast Hearing Solutions. I assure you, you will not be disappointed. I am so grateful to Northeast Hearing Solutions for taking such good care of my father, to be able to have an actual, normal conversation once again, is amazing. This office offers the biggest and most knowledgeable level of expertise when it comes to selecting options and working towards better hearing. During my time there, there was a large amount of people coming in and out which suggests this is a highly successful practice. It was easy to see because of how well they take care of their patients. The provider is extremely professional knowledgeable and helpful and was willing to share information. Nevin is fantastic to work with!

After many years of trying to talk my father into getting hearing aides, he finally agreed and we set up an appointment at Northeast Hearing Solutions in Kulpmont with Dr. Balliet. From beginning to end, he made my Dad and I feel important and walked my Dad through the whole process. He uses state of the art equipment to determine what was needed to allow my Dad to hear better. After the hearing test, he explained the results in easy to understand terms and put together a set of hearing aides to test out while in his office. He made adjustments to them until my Dad was comfortable with what he was hearing. He went over my Dad's insurance and gave us the best equipment to meet my Father's needs. No pressure to purchase but once my Dad could hear it was an easy decision. Within two days, we were back at his office so my Dad could receive his hearing aides and Dr. Balliet showed him how to take care of his hearing aides for long lasting and optimum performance. We would highly recommend this business for all your hearing needs. A++++
