Marissa is the smiling face that you see at the reception desk when you walk into Northeast Hearing Solutions and the voice you hear when you call to schedule your appointments. She is methodical about maintaining the daily operations and highly proficient in the office. Marissa also assists patients by verifying insurance benefits and hearing aid coverage, helping them better understand their available benefits.
Marissa is highly knowledgeable in hearing aid care and service. She is able to fully service hearing aids, perform routine cleanings and maintenance, troubleshoot device concerns, check ears for wax buildup, and perform ear flushes when appropriate. She also assists with pairing hearing aids to smartphones and Bluetooth devices.
Beyond the technical side of her role, Marissa genuinely enjoys getting to know each patient and is always up for a good conversation. She strives to make everyone who walks through the door feel comfortable, cared for, and like part of the Northeast Hearing Solutions family.
